We hope that our house rules below will be respected. This way we hope to keep our quality high and maintain a great atmosphere for all our customers and employees.
When you visit The Beautylab you will be looked after by the very best and friendly stylists. When you walk out of the door, we want you to feel amazing and would love nothing more than for you to come back next time.

Our goal is that every client receives an outstanding service from the time they walk in, to the time they walk out. We want our clients to love us so much that they would refer us their friends and family. We want to make each visit pleasing by providing consistent and amazing service and results. We know you have a lot of options when it comes to beauty salons, that’s why we strive to be better each and everyday.
Our House Rules
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between the salon and client, to which the beauty salon has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as parties have not explicitly deviated from these terms and conditions in writing.
Number 1
If you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the appointment can take place. We ask that you call us if you are running late, in order for us to do our very best to accommodate you.

All appointments require a 48-hour notice of cancellation or modification. In the event of same day or a day before cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded.
Number 3
No show? It happens, and we still like you, but you are responsible for that time. All no-shows will be charged 50% of the amount for your appointment.

The salon lists all prices of treatments and products visibly on the website. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Payments are made after treatment by PIN or in cash.
Number 5
The salon has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products. The salon always reports theft to the police.
Number 6
The Beautylab is required to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that client has shared during treatment.
